Biography
Thomas Moore-Morris is a tenured INSERM researcher working in the insitute of functional genomics (IGF), Montpellier, France. His work focuses on understanding the mechanisms driving tissue remodeling, with a particular interest in fibroblasts and the extracellular matrix. He works with several murine and zebrafish based models of heart failure and regeneration. Ongoing projects involve multi-scale whole organ to intravital imaging aimed at capturing the dynamic nature of the fibrotic process.
