Dr Israa Fadhil Yaseen, (BCCP, FACC, professional member of ESC, HFA Silver member) is the first Board Certified Cardiology Pharmacist in Iraq, Co-Founder of Iraqi Cardio-Oncology Program since 2019, member of HFA Scientific Committee on Cardio-Oncology 2024-2026, and a trainer/lecturer at the Iraqi Scientific Council of Cardiology 2022-2024. She was born in Montpellier/France and working at Baghdad Heart Center/Medical City in Baghdad/Iraq since 2012. Since 2015 to present, she is an investigator and data collection officer of 6 international registries of EORP sponsored by the ESC, including PPCM, ROPAC II & III, HF III, STEMI-ACS, & NSTEMI. Dr Yaseen is a member of National Program of Heart Disease in Pregnancy, an Emerging Leader of the World Heart Federation (WHF) 2020 Cohort, and a reviewer in the European Heart Journal. Her areas of expertise are cardio-oncology, cardio-obstetric especially pregnant women with LV dysfunction and mechanical heart valves, heart failure, and ACS.
