Biography
Dr. Essayagh has completed his Cardiological training at the University of Nice, France. His clinical and research expertise is mainly in the echocardiographic field. His researches are focused on valvular heart disease, with a particular interest on combined/multivalvular heart disease. His Research Training included a Fellowship in advanced echocardiographic research at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota, USA and he currently holds a Research Collaborator position at the Mayo Clinic. He was awarded the Young Investigator of 2020 by the ESC EACVI committee for his work.
