Dr Bhatti became a cardiology resident with a national training number (NTN) in the North Central/East London deanery in 2020. He has trained in 11 hospitals across London but has been based at St Bartholomew's Hospital since 2021. He started doctoral research in 2023 with the St Bartholomew's Interventional Research Group investigating the creation and use of digital twins in interventional practice.
