Doctor Kristen Kopp

Dr. Kristen Kopp, MSc., M.A., FESC, Clinical Researcher/ Study Coordinator, University Clinic for Internal Medicine II, Cardiology, University Hospital Salzburg, Austria Education: PhD Medical Science (with distinction), Paracelsus Medical University, Salzburg, Austria, May 2025; MSc. Health Science/ Health Management (summa cum laud) PMU Salzburg, Sep 2020. Clinical researcher and study coordinator in cardiology for the past 23 years, performing over 80 trials, RCTs, device trials and academic studies at a large cardiology department in Salzburg, Austria. Additionally I have authored/ co-authored 35+ publications in the area of ischemic heart disease, care delivery, and heart failure. I currently serve as a publications editor at the PMU and am lecturer for Masters students in Public Health and Advanced Nursing Practice at the PMU Salzburg. I serve on the ESC ACNAP Membership committee (2024-26 term) and have been named Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (Dec 2025).
