Dr. Andrea Mortara, MD, is a member of ESC, HFA and IFC. He is Director of the Cardiology Clinic at the Polyclinic of Monza, Italy, and collaborates with the University of Pavia and Milan. Dr. Mortara graduated in Medicine and Surgery (cum Laude) and undertook his training in Cardiology at the University of Pavia, Italy, moved to the S.Maugeri Foundation in 1990 to complete his clinical and research program, and was finally appointed to the Monza Polyclinic in 2000. He was member of the Acute Heart Failure Committee of HFA and he is actually member of the Committee on Prevention and Digital Health. As a cardiologist, his special interests are acute and chronic heart failure, tele monitoring of physiological signals and in general, digital health. Dr Mortara is fellow of the European Journal of Heart Failure, and invited reviewer for many journals. He is author and co-author of over 180 scientific papers and 10 book chapters.
