Miltiadis is a general cardiologist in Sweden, specialized in imaging and in particular echocardiography. Acquired his medical degree in Greece and became specialist in Internal Medicine in Sweden. Currently works as a senior consultant in Cardiology and leads the stress echocardiography service in his county hospital. A pivotal period in his career was the Fellowship on Advanced Cardiac Imaging at Barts Heart Centre in London where he specialized in stress echocardiography and were involved in research in the Inherited Cardiomyopathies Unit under the supervision of Dr Kostantinos Savvatis.
