I graduated from University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in 2012 after completing STPM and started my houseman ship at Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru. After gaining extensive experience as a houseman, I joined Cardiology Department Hospital Sultanah Aminah for 13 months since 2014 to gain more experience and knowledge in the field of cardiology. As part of my career progression, I joined Medical Department in 2015 to complete my Member of Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) in 2016. During the last 5 years in medical department, I have done rotation in different sub-speciality in nephrology, infectious disease and haematology to gain further experiences. I have been gazetted as an internal medicine specialist since May 2019. In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I am also the specialist in charge of medical officer and roster since 2018. I am also the visiting physician for Hospital Permai, which is the second largest psychiatry hospital in Peninsular Malaysia.
