Biography
Antonio Strangio obtained his MD with honors from the “Magna Graecia” University of Catanzaro in 2016 and completed his specialization in Cardiovascular Diseases at the same institution in 2022, graduating with highest distinction.
He is a Fellow of the Italian Society of Cardiology and currently serves as a cardiologist at the University Hospital “Renato Dulbecco” in Catanzaro, where he is engaged in both clinical and interventional practice. His clinical interests include the diagnosis and management of cardiac arrhythmias, syncope, and inherited channelopathies, with a focus on the prevention of sudden cardiac death.
He is actively involved in invasive electrophysiology and cardiac pacing, with expertise in conduction system pacing, leadless pacemaker implantation, transvenous lead extraction, intracardiac electrophysiological studies, and catheter ablation of supraventricular tachycardias and atrial fibrillation.
