He was born in 1969. He completed his faculty and post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, Serbia. Additional training in heart failure done at Cleveland Clinic, USA and Kerckhoff Clinic, Germany. Main clinical and research interests include risk stratification in heart failure and coronary artery disease. He is currently serving as the Chair, Cardiac Services, Dedinje Cardiovascular Institute, Belgrade, Serbia, and associate professor at the Department of Internal Medicine, Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade, Serbia. Author and co-author of 83 papers in-extenso in journals cited in the Science Citation Index. Main hobbies are running and ancient world history.
