Biography
Tatsuhisa Ozaki, MD, is a cardiac electrophysiologist specializing in atrial fibrillation ablation, electroanatomical mapping, and catheter-based arrhythmia treatment. He is affiliated with the National Hospital Organization Osaka Medical Center in Osaka, Japan. His clinical and research interests include substrate mapping, low-voltage-area ablation, pulmonary vein isolation quality, pulsed-field ablation, and the translation of mapping technologies into clinical decision-making. He has been involved in multicenter clinical research on atrial fibrillation ablation, including analyses from the SUPPRESS-AF study, with a particular focus on identifying patient and procedural factors that modify the effectiveness of substrate-based ablation strategies.
