Doctor Michela Giustozzi

Dr. Giustozzi is a vascular medicine specialist at the Internal and Cardiovascular and Emergency Medicine - Stroke Unit Institute of Perugia directed by Prof. G.Agnelli and a researcher in Internal Medicine, Department of Medicine, University of Perugia, Italy. Since 2018 she has been a Nucleus Member of ESC Young Working Group on Thrombosis and since 2020 she has been a Nucleus Member of Young Working Group of the Italian Society on Haemostasis and Thrombosis (SISET). Dr. Giustozzi is currently the Social Editor of European Journal of Internal Medicine. Her clinical practice involves care of patients on chronic anticoagulant medications or with thrombotic disorders. She is a health services researcher with expertise in the management and treatment of thromboembolic disorders (both venous and arterial).
