Biography
Dr Johan Lundgren is Associate Professor (Docent) and Senior Lecturer in Nursing at Linköping University, Sweden, specializing in psychiatric and cardiovascular care. He is a registered and specialist nurse with a PhD in nursing and experience as Head of Division. His research focuses on mental health in people with long-term somatic conditions, particularly cardiovascular disease, and the development and evaluation of internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT) interventions. His work includes randomized controlled trials, implementation of eHealth interventions, and patient-reported outcomes. He has expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and clinical assessment. He holds leadership experience in both academic settings and within the Swedish Armed Forces. He speaks Swedish and English and enjoys outdoor activities.
