Biography
He is a cardiologist specialising in heart failure and serves as Head of the Heart Failure Unit at Hospital Argerich. His clinical and research interests focus on heart failure with reduced and preserved ejection fraction (HFrEF and HFpEF), congestion assessment and echocardiography, with particular emphasis on the integration of clinical examination and imaging to improve haemodynamic evaluation. He is actively involved in clinical research aimed at improving the diagnosis and management of heart failure, including the development of practical bedside tools for the assessment of filling pressures and congestion. He is fluent in Spanish and English. Outside of medicine, he enjoys playing classical guitar.
