I work as a senior Consultant Cardiologist at Copenhagen University Hospital Gentofte, Denmark. My primary focus is within echocardiography and cardiac CT as well as the ICU. Besides clinical work, I am Clinical Professor at Copenhagen University and Head of Research at Copenhagen Emergency Medical Services, Denmark, with focus on prehospital emergency care, out- of-hospital cardiac arrest, public access defibrillation, and acute cardiac care. I have worked with epidemiology and randomized clinical trials for more than a decade with a special focus on cardiac arrest and resuscitation.
