Biography
Non-invasive cardiologist with PhD in cardiac imaging, and special interest in ACHD, Cardiomyopathy & heart failure. Level III certified CMR CT, TOE, and congenital MRI. Currently serving as senior CMR Fellow at the Royal Brompton Hospital. With over 10 years of intensive clinical and research training at world-renowned centers including Massachusetts General Hospital / Harvard Medical School, Royal Brompton Hospital, Barts Heart Center, Centro Cardiologico Monzino, and the Alexandria School of Medicine. Former EACVI HIT Ambassador for Egypt (2016–2022), notably securing official EACVI endorsement for the national scientific meeting. Emerging Editorial Consultant for JACC: Imaging 2017-2022.
