He finished Charles University in Prague 2nd Medical Faculty (Czech Republic) in 1999. He worked at Motol University Hospital in Prague (Czech Republic) 2002-2012 and then 2014-2020. He worked at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary (UK) 2012-2014. Since January 2021 he work at Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague (Czech Republic) as a head of the Department of Radiodiagnostic and Interventional Radiology. Since 2005 he specialises to cardiovascular imaging (mainly MRI an CT) and also on interventional radiology. He is co-author/author of approx. 40 journal papers. He was involved at research trials Dischared (https://www.dischargetrial.eu) and Protecion VI (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30165629/).
