Dr. Thurston Erng is currently a Consultant Cardiologist at Serdang Hospital Heart Centre, Malaysia. He is dual trained in complex coronary intervention as well as heart failure and cardiac MRI, having completed fellowships in Malaysia and the United Kingdom. He has particular interest in transcatheter cardiac interventions, complex cardiomyopathy and cardiovascular disorders. He frequently presents at local and international scientific meetings and has won awards at ESC Asia and Singapore Live. He is also active in clinical research, having been investigator in the landmark FOURIER Study on PCSK-9 inhibitor and SUSTAIN-6 with GLP-1 receptor agonist.
