Miss Belen Terol

Cardiologist specialisied in multimodality cardiac imaging and cardio-oncology, currently working as an attending cardiologist at Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud Madrid. She holds EACVI Certification in Adult Transthoracic Echocardiography and ICOS Certification in Cardio-Oncology, with dedicated training in cardiac CT and MRI. Her main expertise includes advanced echocardiography (including transoesophageal echo and strain), cardiac CT and CMR applied to coronary disease, structural heart disease and cancer therapy–related cardiovascular complications. Since 2020 she has been actively involved in postgraduate education as faculty on several Master’s programmes in cardiac imaging and cardio-oncology. She is a member of the Spanish Society of Cardiology, the European Society of Cardiology and the EACVI, and is fluent in Spanish and English
