Hon. Dato Sri Dr SIM Kui-Hian
MBBS(Hons)(Monash), FRACP, FACC, FSCANZ, FESC, FAHA, FAPSC, FSCAI, FAPSIC, FNHAM
Dr Sim graduated from Monash University in 1990 & completed his cardiology fellowship at Monash Medical Centre, Melbourne, Australia. He was inaugural Head of Department of Cardiology, Sarawak General Hospital in 2001 as well as the inaugural Head of Clinical Research Centre (CRC) of SGH in 2003. Currently, Visiting Senior Consultant Cardiologist of Sarawak Heart Centre & Adjunct Professor, Faculty of Medicine & Health Science, University Malaysia Sarawak.
He is past President, Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology, past International Governor Steering Committee of ACC; past Board Member of World Heart Federation; Past President, National Heart Association of Malaysia.
Dr Sim is currently a member of Sarawak Legislature & Minister for Local Government & Housing Sarawak, Malaysia. He was a past member of Senate, Parliament of Malaysia
