Professor Robert Halmosi

Dr. Halmosi was graduated in the University of Pecs Medical School in 1997. After getting the PhD degree he continued his translational research activity on the field of heart failure beside his work as a physician (internist and cardiologist). Since 2019 he is a full professor of cardiology. Current positions: Scientific Deputy Director, UPMS 1st Department of Medicine Head of the Cardiovascular Outpatient Department, UPMS 1st Department of Medicine Head of the Genomics and Experimental Cardiology Research Group, Szentagothai Research Center Society membership: Hungarian Society of Cardiology ESC HFA Positions in national medical societies: 2017- Board member of the Working group on Heart Failure and Myocardial Diseases, Hungarian Society of Cardiology 2019- Member of the Advisory Board, Hungarian Society of Cardiology 2019- Member of the Scientific Committee, Hungarian Society of Cardiology
