Biography
Dr. Korte is a specialist in Internal Medicine and Cardiology with a subspecialty in Cardiovascular Imaging at the Heart Center Leipzig. Her clinical and academic work focuses on advanced echocardiography, cardiac mechanics and deformation imaging, with a particular interest in sex-specific differences and cardiac remodelling in valvular heart disease. She is dedicated to integrating advanced cardiovascular imaging with clinical cardiology and cardiovascular research to advance diagnostic precision and improve patient care.
