Doctor Shih Sheng Chang

Dr. Shih-Sheng Chang is an interventional cardiologist and serves as Director of both the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Innovation Center (AIRIC) and the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at China Medical University Hospital in Taiwan. He is also an Associate Professor of Medicine at China Medical University. Dr. Chang received advanced research training at the National Institutes of Health and Mayo Clinic in the United States. His clinical expertise includes complex coronary interventions, acute coronary syndrome, and heart failure. His research focuses on cardiovascular artificial intelligence, multimodal medical imaging, smart hospitals, and AI-enabled healthcare transformation. He has led the development and clinical implementation of AI solutions based on electrocardiography, coronary angiography, computed tomography, and electronic health records.
