Biography
Leslie Cho, MD, is Director of the Cleveland Clinic’s Women’s Cardiovascular Center. She is also Section Head, Preventive Cardiology and Rehabilitation and the Chief Quality Officer in the Robert and Suzanne Tomsich Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Cleveland Clinic. She is a professor of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Lerner School of Medicine Case Western Reserve Medical School. Dr. Cho is board-certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular medicine, and internal medicine. Dr. Cho’s clinical research interests are women and heart disease and the role of new treatments for hyperlipidemia and novel risk factor. She serves on multiple steering committees for international randomized controlled trials in cardiology. She is a special consultant to the FDA and is the chair elect for ACC CVD in Women group.
