Tatiana Lipatova graduated from Saratov State Medical University in 1993.
From 1993 to 2011 she worked as docent of department of therapy Saratov military medical Institute. In 2006 Awarded the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences. Since 2011 she is currently the head of the of department of therapy with courses of cardiology, functional diagnostics and geriatrics of Saratov State Medical University n.a. V.I. Razumovsky.
