Associate Professor Myung-Jin Cha

Prof. Cha, a highly-skilled cardiologist and expert in the field of cardiac electrophysiology, is currently an associate professor at Asan Medical Center. She earned her medical degree from Seoul National University and went on to earn a Ph.D. in the same field, with a focus on the latest treatment methods for cardiac arrhythmias. As a leading expert in her field, Dr. Cha is dedicated to researching and developing new techniques for treating heart rhythm disorders. She is recognized for her expertise in the use of cutting-edge technology and innovative treatments at Asan Medical Center. Additionally, she serves as the chairperson of the Women-in-EP Committee of the Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society (APHRS), and she previously held the position of chairperson for the APHRS Young EP Committee.
