Doctor Lukas Hobohm

The scientific focus of Dr. Hobohm is on optimizing risk stratification and management strategies for patients with acute pulmonary embolism. In this context Dr. Hobohm also focusing on epidemiological as well as translational "bench-to-bedside" research of thombotic and thromboembolic disorders. Furthermore Dr. Hobohm is working as a senior physician at the Department of Cardiology at the Medical University in Mainz, is co-leading the inteventional PE-programme and is co-heading as a clinical investigator ongoing prospective cohort studies and interventional trials at the the Center for Thrombosis and Hemostasis (CTH) in Mainz.
