Associate Professor David Foo

Dr David Foo is the current President of the Singapore Cardiac Society. He is also the Medical Director of the National Healthcare Group Heart Institute. He is immediate past Head of Department of Cardiology in Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He is now a senior consultant cardiologist and electrophysiologist in the department. He holds an Adjunct Associate Professor tenure with both Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian, School of Medicine. His current interests and research include cardiac devices, electrophysiology and preventive cardiometabolic health. Dr David Foo has chaired and presented in numerous international and regional conferences. He has also travelled to various parts of Asia-Pacific to proctor cardiac pacing and cardiac resynchronization therapies
