Biography
Junbeom Park, MD, PhD, is Professor of Cardiology and Director of the Convergence Medical Research Institute at Ewha Womans University Medical Center in Seoul, Korea. A cardiac electrophysiologist, his work focuses on atrial fibrillation, catheter ablation, digital health, and AI-based ECG analysis. He has led major clinical studies, including CANDLE-AF, POBI-AF, and PROVISION-AF, and is expanding his research into cardio-oncology, cancer–heart organoids, and digital-twin platforms. Dr. Park also serves as Chief Medical Officer of Synergi AI, translating clinical innovation and artificial intelligence into practical solutions for cardiovascular care.
