Dr. Gras is a pioneer in the study of non-conventional pacing indications, including atrial arrhythmia prevention, pacing for hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and cardiac resynchronization therapy . He has been involved in the PIC Study and in the MUSTIC trial as an investigator, in the InSync, Compare, CARE-HF and Echo-CRT trials as an investigator and steering committee member. He is PI of the Freedom Study, of the Gentle Study and of the ongoing Biocontinue Trial. He is member of the DSMB for the ESTIM-rHTM study and of the CEC (Clinical Event Committee) for the NECTAR HF Trial.. He has a large experiences in CRT system implantation, with more than 2500 patients successfully operated, including live procedures. He is author or co-author of > 100 published articles; He is currently electrophysiologist at the Hôpital Privé du Confluent in Nantes, France, where > 1100 devices/year are implanted and > 1200 RF ablation cases/year (including > 600 AF) are performed
