Doctor Aleksandra Cieplucha

She graduated from the Poznan University of Medical Sciences in 2008. Since then she has been gaining experience in the Cardiology Department in Poznan and becoming more and more enthusiastic about an extraordinary population of adults with congenital heart disease. On this particular field she worked in her PhD thesis which was defended in 2012 and since then she has continued her scientific activities. In 2019 she went to Toronto, ON, Canada to learn more about ACHD in one of the biggest centers in the world. In 2022/2023 she joined the ACHD Team in KU Leuven, Belgium to run a scientific project on exercise physiology in Fontan patients. All these activities were possible because of the extremely supportive two daughters and partner who always tried to join these cardiological journeys.
