Dr O'Gallagher is a clinician scientist and consultant interventional cardiologist, working at King's College London (academic) and King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK.
Dr O'Gallagher's clinical interests include coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease and secondary prevention. His research interests include the use of artificial intelligence (AI) methods applied to cardiovascular clinical research problems. He also has an active research interest in Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF), particularly disease mechanisms and clinical phenotyping.
