Trine B. Opstad MSc PhD, Senior Researcher at Center for Clinical Heart Research, Oslo University Hospital, Norway Main field of interest is genetic and lifestyle-related mechanisms in development of cardiovascular diseases, chronic inflammation, ageing, age-related diseases, biological age, biomarkers of longevity, telomeres, sirtuins, health-promoting interventions, neutrophils extracellular traps (NETs), remodeling of adipose tissue and anti-inflammatory lifestyle.
