Louis Handoko is cardiologist since 2017 and currently working at UMC Utrecht, the Netherlands. He is alumni of the ESC/HFA/USZ Postgraduate Course in Heart Failure (2019) and the University of Oxford MSc in Clinical Trials (2022).
His primary interest is heart failure, and in particular heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and advanced heart failure (LVAD/heart transplantation). Through research he strives to improve clinical management of this disabling condition.
