Prof. Flavio L. Ribichini graduated in Medicine at the National University of Cordoba, Argentina and board certificated in Cardiology at the University of Torino. He trained in interventions at the University of Paris VII, Stanford University, Mount Sinai Medical School, New York and was Research Fellow of the ESC in Aalst, Belgium. Full Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Verona and Director of the School of Cardiovascular Medicine. Director of the Heart Lung and Vascular Department of Verona Hospitals. Member of the Editorial Board of the EHJ and Senior Associate Editor of the International Journal of Cardiology. Since 2024 is the Secretary of the EAPCI of the ESC and co-Director of the Department of Medicine Author of over 470 full publications on clinical and basic research. Proficient in Spanish, Italian, English, Portuguese and French, his preferred activities during the free time are mountaineering, sailing, cooking and riding his poderosa motorcycle.
