Doctor Steven Edwin Williams

Dr Williams is a British Heart Foundation Senior Lecturer and Honorary Consultant Cardiologist at the University of Edinburgh and NHS Lothian. His research interests focus on the intersection of electrophysiology and cardiac imaging with insights from computational modelling. He is a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He is co-founder and lead developer of the OpenEP collaboration (https://openep.io) and chief investigator for the CARM-AF and ReCETT-AF studies (https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04555538 and https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT05057507).
