Dr Azeem Sheikh is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust, UK. After competing his medical schooling, he did Fellowship in General (Internal) Medicine (FCPS) from the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Pakistan. After moving to UK, he completed his training in Interventional Cardiology in Wales. He subsequently did post-CCT fellowship in Intervention at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. He is keenly involved in research and has several peer-reviewed publications.
