Dr Nochioka is Director of Protocol Support Unit in the Clinical Research, Innovation, and Education Center (CRIETO), Tohoku University Hospital and Assistant Professor of Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Tohoku University Hospital. Dr Nochioka is an attending physician in the Heart Failure (HF) Section of the Tohoku University Hospital and has clinical expertise in the management of HF. Dr Nochioka has co-authored more than 100 articles on topics related to HF. Dr Nochioka is a graduate of Tohoku University Graduate School of Medicine and Harvard School of Public Health.
