Dre Bertrand is an interventional cardiologist specialized in both coronary and structural interventions. She has joined the interventional cardiology centre at Clinique Belledonne in France in 2020, and performs TAVI procedures at Centre hospitalier Universitaire de Grenoble (CHUGA) since 2021. She received her specialty certification in cardiology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 2014 and completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology at the Montreal Heart Institute, Montréal, Québec (2015 – 2017) and Hôpital Privé du Confluent, Nantes, France (2017 – 2018). In 2019, she earned a PhD degree in Biomedical Sciences at the Montreal Heart Institute / Université de Montréal. Dre Bertrand has a special interest in complex coronary interventions, CTO, structural – TAVI procedures, clinical research, teaching, and technology development / innovations. She recently joined the EAPCI Fellowship Grants Committee for a 2-year mandate (2022 – 2024).
