Biography
Dr. Tamas Habon Ph.D., born in 1963, Pecs, Hungary. He has is a Specialist in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Clinical Pharmacology, currently the Head of Division of Cardiology and Clinical Pharmacological Unit at the First Dept. of Med., University of Pecs, Medical School, Hungary. His main clinical interest is: Heart failure, Heart failure clinic, Atrial fibrillation, Anticoagulation, Echocardiography. He is responsible for Phase I. Clinical Pharmacological Unit and lead and participated in several phase I-IV. clinical pharmacological studies. He is an author of 6 Book chapters, 68 peer reviewed publication, 96 conference abstracts, IF: 100, citation: 2426, Hi: 25 He is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology and Heart Failure Association, member of the HFA National Heart Failure Societies Committee, Secretary General of the Hungarian Society of Cardiology, ESC National Cardiac Society Guidelines Coordinator, Chair of the WG on Heart Failure, Hungarian Soc. of Cardiology.
