Doctor Clea Colombo

Dr Colombo is a Consultant Cardiologist and Sports Cardiology Clinic's Coordinator at Sao Leopoldo Mandic Medical School in Campinas,SP, Brazil. She is interested in sports cardiology, PPS of athletes for sudden cardiac death prevention and exercise testing. In 2017 she was approved for the MSc in Sports Cardiology at St. George’s University of London,UK, under Prof Michail Papadakis’ guidance, being the first American Student in the programme and awarded a degree by merit in 2019. She also did Advanced Training in Sports Cardiology at “Istituto di Medicina e Scienza dello Sport” in Rome,Italy, under Prof Antonio Pelliccia’s supervision in June,2018. She graduated in Medicine and passed the board examination for the fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP),Brazil in 1994, Post-grad in Exercise Physiology and Sports Med in 2007 at UNIFESP, SBC's Cardiology Specialist Title in 1997 and SBMEE's Sports Med Specialist in 2008. Speaks English, Italian and Portuguese.
