Maxim Gorev was born in Vorkuta, USSR. Completed his medical education in Yaroslavl State Medical Academy in 2007 and got MD degree. Residency in General surgery in 2007-2009 (Yaroslavl) and in Cardiovascular surgery in 2009-2011 (Vishnevsky Institute of Surgery, Moscow). Research fellowship in 2012-2013 in St.Elisabeth's Medical Center (Boston, MA, USA). Works as invasive arrythmologist for Moscow city hospital #4 (2013 to the present). Assistant professor of Cardiology department (Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry) from 2015 to the present.
