Anselm Uebing is Professor of Paediatric Cardiology at the Christian-Albrechts-University Kiel and Director of the Department of Congenital and Paediatric Cardiology of the University Medical Centre Schleswig-Holstein in Kiel, Germany. His clinical expertise is the care for adults and children with congenital heart disease with a special interest in interventional catheterisation, invasive and non-invasive ventricular functional analysis and pregnancy with maternal heart disease. Between 2010 and 2017, he led the interventional catheterisation programme of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Centre of the Royal Brompton Hospital in London, UK. Anselm Uebing has authored and co-authored over 120 scientific publications. He is a regular reviewer for the European Heart Journal, Circulation, Heart and the International Journal of Cardiology. He is also member of the executive board of the German National Register for Congenital Heart Defects.
