Professor Leonardo Roever

Professor Dr. Leonardo Roever is a clinical epidemiologist, health data scientist, evidence synthesis methodologist, and senior scientific editor with international experience, possessing extensive expertise in clinical research, evidence-based healthcare, biostatistics, systematic reviews and meta-analyses and global health. He graduated from UNIT (2002), completed specializations at UNIFESP (2003) and UFU (2020), obtained a Master's degree (2008) and a Doctorate (2019) in Health Sciences from UFU, completed postdoctoral studies in Neuroscience (USP, 2021), Psychiatry (USP, 2023), Health Sciences (UFU, 2023), and MBA in Data Science and Analytics from USP (2022). Prof. Roever is the author or co-author of over 410 peer-reviewed publications, including articles in prestigious journals such as *The Lancet*, *BMJ, *Nature*, *Nature Medicine*, *JAMA*, *The Lancet Neurology*, *The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology*, *The Lancet Respiratory Medicine*, *The Lancet Psychiatry* and others.
