Biography
Dr Andre Briosa e Gala is an Electrophysiology Fellow at the Inselspital Bern University Hospital. He trained in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology and devices in the UK, including at University Hospital Southampton, and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians. He holds EHRA certification in cardiac electrophysiology and IBHRE device accreditation.
He completed a PhD in atrial fibrillation and digital health at Oxford University Hospitals, including the Heart Research UK–funded SMART-ALERT study under Prof Tim Betts, and has experience as a Clinical Specialist at Google Health.
