Head, Heart Failure Clinic (CMJAH). Prior chief editor SA Heart Failure Guidelines (2012) and subsequent updates (2013/2020 co-author) and chief editor SA Heart/LASSA Dyslipidemia guidelines (2012/2018). President of SA Heart 2022-2024. Head, Tickerdoc Research; involved in clinical international large pharmaceutical and structural heart intervention trials.
