Associate Professor Chang-Wook Nam

Chang-Wook Nam, M.D., Ph.D., is Professor, obtained his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from Keimyung University, College of Medicine in Korea, where he subsequently did fellowship in cardiology. He undertook a postdoctoral research fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center. His research interests include invasive coronary physiology and imaging, coronary bifurcation lesion, analyses of vascular response and clinical outcomes with statin therapy. Prof. Nam has published more than 200 papers in peer-interviewed journals such as NEJM, JACC series, Circulation series, EHJ, Eurointervention and has served as invited reviewer in those journals. His work was awarded the Best publication prize by the Korean Society of Internal Medicine in 2019, 2014, and 2006.
