Mrs Ornella Agostina Capelli

Ornella is a Registered Dietitian specialized in Oncology Nutrition and Palliative Care. She currently works at the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) in Madrid, where she provides nutritional care for oncology patients and contributes to multidisciplinary supportive care programs. She completed her clinical nutrition residency at CEMIC University Hospital in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she later served as Chief Resident. Her professional experience includes oncology nutrition at CEMIC and cardiovascular nutrition at the Buenos Aires Cardiovascular Institute. Ornella is the founder of @nelumbo.nutricion, an Instagram account dedicated to evidence-based oncology nutrition and patient education. She is also a member of the Nutrition Committee of the Argentine Association of Palliative Medicine and Care (AAMyCP). Lecturer and researcher in oncology nutrition and supportive care. Speaks Spanish and English. Enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading.
