Biography
Chengying Gu is a PhD student in Cardiology at Peking Union Medical College (PUMC), Beijing, China, under the supervision of Professor Shuyang Zhang and Professor Zhenyu Liu. Her research focuses on the inflammation and thrombosis. She is the Principal Investigator (student-led) of a project funded by the Central University Basic Scientific Research Fund of PUMC. She is scheduled for a visiting research stay at the University of Sydney Heart Institute (Professor Lining Arnold Ju's team) in 2026. She speaks Chinese (native) and English. Outside the lab, she enjoys dancing and traveling.
