Biography
Yaxing Meng is a researcher at the University of Turku, Finland, and University of Melbourne, Australia, specializing in cardiovascular epidemiology and preventive medicine. Yaxing’s research focuses on early-life cardiovascular risk factors, obesity and adiposity assessment, lipid evaluation, and the life-course development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. The research uses longitudinal cohort data and increasingly incorporates metabolomics and multi-omics approaches.
